Ajarn Toey (Chatchaya Phiw-on) started Toeyly Perfect Brows on Phutthamonthon Sai 5 believing that the most beautiful brows are the ones that look natural — with care at every step, a strong focus on hygiene, and clients treated like family.

Her specialty is hair-stroke brows, refined into the Perfect Real Hairstroke technique and passed on to students through the TOEYLY Academy — built on more than ten years of experience.

1st place, real-skin hair-stroke brow category, ASEAN level

Ajarn Toey won first place in the real-skin hair-stroke brow category at the Beyond Beauty ASEAN Bangkok Contest 2019, held during Beyond Beauty ASEAN Bangkok on 19–21 September 2019 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, in partnership with International Beauty Center (IBC).
